Payouts

Every completed payment adds to your available balance. Standard payouts to your linked bank are free and land next business day — no percentage skim, no payout fee.

How your balance works#

Your available balance is the sum of your completed payment sessions, minus refunds you have issued and payouts already made. You can see it live under Dashboard → Wallet, alongside a full settlement history.

Requesting a payout#

Request a payout of part or all of your available balance from the Wallet page. Payouts are processed as standard ACH and typically arrive the next business day.

RuleValue
Payout feeFree (standard next-day ACH)
Minimum partial payout$10 — but you can always sweep your full balance, whatever it is
In-flight payoutsOne pending payout at a time
FrequencyOne on-demand payout per day
DestinationYour verified linked bank account
The minimum and frequency rules exist to keep standard payouts free for everyone — each ACH transfer has a real cost, so dust-sized or rapid-fire payouts would otherwise erode the flat 1.29% pricing. Your full remaining balance can always be swept, so funds are never stranded.

Bank setup & Stripe onboarding#

Payouts require a verified payout destination. Complete the "Set up payouts" step in your dashboard — the wallet page walks you through connecting your bank. If setup is incomplete, the payout button tells you exactly what's missing instead of letting a payout go to the wrong place.

Refunds & disputes#

Refunds you issue are deducted from your available balance — a refunded sale can't be paid out. If a payment is disputed, the disputed amount may be held from payout until the dispute resolves. Fees on the original sale follow the refund: refund the sale, and the accrued fee on it is reversed too.

Reconciling#

Every payout appears in your settlement history with its gross amount, any fee detail, and the net deposited — exportable from the dashboard. Match it against the net_cents values from your webhook events to reconcile down to the order.
