How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Digipae account at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and will remove your personal data from our active systems.

Method 1 — In-App (Recommended)
  1. Open the Digipae app
  2. Tap Profile (bottom right tab)
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Enter your PIN to confirm
  6. Tap Confirm Delete
Method 2 — Email Request
  1. Email privacy@digipae.com
  2. Use subject: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include your registered phone number
  4. We will process within 30 days

⚠️ Some data must be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years for transaction records under the Bank Secrecy Act). Pending transactions will be completed before deletion. Remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your original funding source where possible.
